Due to a foot injury I could no longer use my treadmill or workout videos - after some research on the internet I saw the suggestion of a recumbant bike for fitness. I had an exercise bike many years ago that was noisy, awkward, and extremely uncomfortable to sit on for any extended period of time, so I eventually quit using it. Well, exercise bikes have come a long way! This one is very quiet, and really comfortable to sit on, which makes it easy to prolong my workout. I love the different programs on it, and the resistance is really easy to adjust. A bike with these features at a local sporting goods store was priced considerably higher. Very happy with my purchase!

So far, this has proved to be comparable to the bike I ride at physical therapy (which is MUCH more expensive), although it is more of a low-rider.
I'm happy with the options, get a good workout, and hope it lasts a long time.
